How to replace the batteries in the key on the example of VW Golf VII

To replace the battery in the keys of the new type of VAG group available, among others, Volkswagen Golf VII generation we need: CR2025 battery and a small simple screwdriver. The action is simple and easy to perform. How to do it?

Battery replacement in the key is carried out with the cave open.

To replace the battery, we need a small screwdriver and CR2025 3V batterie.

Starting with the deviation with a screwdriver for the outer cover of the transmitter (3 in the figure). Under the cover there is a battery (1), which is gently leveraged. The new battery should be mounted paying attention to its polarity.

Close the external cover. The transmitter should work immediately without programming.
